The Female Founders Alliance Rising Leaders program seeks to identify, develop and amplify the next generation of diverse business pioneers. Our inaugural class will participate in a day-long immersive journey of learning, exploration and network development. Through a combination of panels, 1:1 coaching, ask me anything sessions, mentormeetings, and facilitated networking, Rising Leaders will learn how to identify aspirations, discover strengths, communicate for impact, assemble power networks, and build a career that works for them.

Each Rising Leaders cohort will represent a diverse set of identities, backgrounds, companies and experiences in the corporate space to enable rich cross-pollination of ideas and lived experiences. The inaugural class will be selected from a pool of young professionals across the Pacific Northwest, and we are excited to bring an outstanding cohort together with the most inspiring and accomplished speakers in our community. We will accept applicants on a rolling basis and close when we hit capacity. Those who are not selected to join the inaugural class will be considered again in future programs.
